Speech on Grand Parents

Speech on Grand Parents
  • Good Morning Everyone.
  • I am Rishi Kumar studying in Class4.
  • Today, I am going to talk on the topic “Grandparents”.
  • All of us have our Grandparents.
  • They are the parents of our father and mother.
  • We call the parents of our father as Paternal Grandparents.
  • And the parents of our mother as Maternal Grandparents.
  • In some families, Grandparents live with us as a joint family.
  • And in some families, they live in a different place.
  • As all of us know, they are old and aged.
  • Some of them have grey hair too.
  • They are very kind and loving.
  • There is no limit to their affection.
  • They care about us more.
  • Most importantly, they always support us.
  • Our grandparents took care of our parents when they were kids and even now.
  • They look after us and care for us now.
  • Mainly, grandparents teach moral values to us.
  • Grandparents are the storage of stories.
  • They share their experiences as stories.
  • Each story they tell us carries a lot of meaning for our life.
  • We should listen to it and grasp it.
  • What should we do for them?
  • Just think about it.
  • We should also care and love them.
  • Be kind to them.
  • Always respect them.
  • We have to spend time with them.
  • Sit with them and share our experience and feelings with them.
  • Seek their blessings before you start anything.
  • All this makes them feel happy.
  • As we grow up, we should not ignore them.
  • We should think about the love and affection we got from them.
  • They should be treated properly.
  • Now, they may not be able to see properly.
  • Their eyesight may be weak.
  • Help them to take things they need.
  • Give them the medicines at the right time.
  • We can read newspapers or magazines for them.
  • Accompany them when they go outside.
  • We can help them to cross the roads.
  • Most times, they are forgetful.
  • They repeat things again and again unknowingly.
  • Help them to take the spectacles which they kept somewhere.
  • Bring them a glass of water.
  • Remember, Caring for the person who cared for us once is a blessing.
  • We, kids who have grandparents are really lucky.
  • So, let us understand, they are a treasure.
  • Love them.
  • Respect them.
  • Spend time with them.
  • And make them happy.
  • Thank you.
